Shipping & returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns are issued for store credit only.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewelry, hair accessories, and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned to The Color Collab.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@thecolorcollab.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
  3. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code via email.

Store credit can be used both in-store and online at thecolorcollab.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges

Due to limited quantities, we cannot offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and place a new order for the desired size or color.
